on a long-term business or training assignment. Or, they may be in the process
of relocating to a new city. Many are employed in industries particularly prone

Travel Agents
Centralized travel agent commission payments are available through the Pegasus Commission Processing System. Travel agent commission of 10% is paid on (or up to) the first seven nights' stay for all commissionable rates. We are registered with CCR as a US Government contractor. Travel agents can book Extended Stay Deluxe, Extended Stay America, Homestead Studio Suites, StudioPLUS and Crossland hotels via GDS (Global Distribution System) code EA. Travel agent commission of 10% is paid up to the first seven (7) nights of a stay when booked through GDS and our Call Center (1-800-804-3724) only. Commission is not payable when reservations are booked through the web site or the property directly.
