Complimentary incoming fax; Copy service and outgoing fax services are available for a small fee; Mail, faxes and packages

Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven or more nights. This includes a refresh
service and a full service cleaning. Guests staying four to six nights receive the refresh service only.
The refresh service includes replacing towels, emptying the trash, making the bed with existing linens and replenishing amenities.
The full service cleaning includes replacing towels, emptying the trash, making the bed with new linens, a thorough cleaning
of the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen areas and replenishing amenities.
Additional housekeeping services requested or required to clean your room are subject to an additional charge.
Check In / Check Out
Check-in time for arriving guests will be 3:00 p.m. Guests arriving earlier may be asked to store their bags and wait until
a room becomes available.
Check-out time for departing guests will be 11:00 a.m. Property management may agree to extend the standard check-out hour
based on property availability and demand.
Must cancel reservation by 6pm local hotel time on day of arrival or the 1st night's stay, at the quoted rate plus tax, will
be charged to the credit card holding the reservation.
One pet is accepted per guest room. The General Manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his
or her own discretion. Guests with a pet are charged a minimum $75 pet fee upon check-in. The guest room carpet is cleaned,
all bedding is washed, and a professional exterminator treats the room after a guest with a pet checks out. Occupied guest
rooms with pets are similarly cleaned monthly in the event of a long-term stay. Weight, size and breed restrictions may apply. Please contact the hotel directly with inquiries.

Advanced Payment Policy
It is Extended Stay Deluxe's policy and practice to require payment in advance for guest rooms.
At check-in, our guest must pay for the entire stay if the length of the stay is less than seven days; or for one week at
a time if the stay is seven days or longer. For stays of longer than seven days, the guest will be required to pay for each
week in advance.
